Interval alerts stop when the screen is locked

• Allow notifications for TempoGo when asked, or turn them on in your device settings.
• Android: open Settings › Apps › TempoGo › Battery and choose Unrestricted (or turn off battery optimization). Some brands, such as Xiaomi, Samsung, Oppo and Huawei, also have an "auto-start" or "background activity" setting that should be enabled.
• Make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is not silencing the app.

The voice coach is silent

• Check that the voice coach is turned on in Settings › Audio & Timer and that your media volume is up.
• On Android, make sure a text-to-speech engine is installed (Settings › Accessibility › Text-to-speech) and that its voice data for your language is downloaded.
• On iPhone, check that the ring/silent switch or Action button is not muting the sound.

Voice input does not work in the AI tab

• Allow microphone access when TempoGo asks, or enable it in your device settings.
• Speech recognition on some devices needs an internet connection. You can always type your request instead.

I closed the app in the middle of a workout

Open TempoGo again. It will offer to pick up right where you left off.

Restore my Remove Ads purchase

Open Settings › Remove Ads and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account you used to buy it.

Change the language

Open Settings › Language and choose English, Deutsch, 日本語, 한국어 or Tiếng Việt.
